The civil air defense command post of Dongxiaokou Town, Changping District, Beijing has completed the upgrading of its core command and conference venue, installing a large wall-mounted LED splicing screen as the central visual platform for daily civil defense management and emergency response work. This dedicated control and meeting room is equipped with complete supporting facilities to meet the comprehensive work demands of civil air defense supervision, on-site situation monitoring, emergency scheduling meetings and superior inspections.

Mounted prominently on the central wall, the LED screen consists of two functional display zones. The top LED text bar continuously scrolls the welcoming slogan “Welcome to Dongxiaokou Town Civil Air Defense Command Post, Changping District, Beijing” in bright red characters, presenting a standardized official reception atmosphere. The main large display area adopts multi-window split-screen mode, simultaneously showing real-time surveillance footage from multiple monitoring points within the jurisdiction. Staff can clearly observe on-site conditions of key areas at a glance, realizing centralized visual supervision of civil defense-related sites.

The whole room is laid out as a formal command conference space. A long polished solid wood conference table occupies the center, equipped with multiple conference microphones, laptops and signal transmission equipment for simultaneous meetings, work briefings and emergency video conferences. Neat rows of dark green leather office chairs are arranged around the table to accommodate command staff, managers and visiting inspectors. The surrounding environment is fully standardized: wooden security doors on the left, sound speakers fixed on both sides of the screen wall, soft light green window curtains on the right, and a suspended ceiling with embedded flat panel lights that provide even, soft lighting for long-hour monitoring and meetings.

This LED monitoring display system greatly improves the town’s civil defense emergency handling capacity. In daily routine work, it realizes real-time remote monitoring of key civil defense facilities; when emergency situations occur, command personnel can quickly view all regional video signals on the large screen, carry out synchronous scheduling and joint disposal through the conference audio system.
